Hanshou Ge’er Hospital, Hunan Province

MASCO has undertaken the space project of Ge’er Hospital in Hanshou, Hunan Province. Adopting an assembled non-destructive connecting structure, it initiates an “efficient & streamlined mode” to scientifically and rationally integrate functional components such as various systems, wall surfaces, suspended ceilings, and electrical installations. Meanwhile, the standardized and modular prefabricated components enable rapid partial or comprehensive upgrading on the basis of retaining the original main structure, realizing green operation and maintenance with the concept that “spaces may age, but configurations stay constantly updated”.
